Plaintiff

The Plaintiff has the ultimate burden of persuasion to convince the Court in order to obtain a judgment in their favor.  The Plaintiff should present their facts in a honest, straight forward manner remembering that they are under oath.  The Plaintiff must explain to the Judge why they believe the Defendant owes them money or has failed to live up to their commitments.

The Plaintiff must bring all exhibits to Court along with any witnesses to give testimony.  The Judge may question the Plaintiff and/or witnesses to obtain the information needed to arrive at a fair decision.  At the close of the Defendants' case, the Plaintiff will have the opportunity to present additional or "rebuttal evidence" to close the testimony portion of the Trial.
