Expungements
Under certain conditions provided under the law, the Judge may sentence the defendant under either CCPR 894 or R.S. 44:9. Once the terms of probation are met, the defendant is entitled to an Expungement. It is the defendant's responsibility to file for an Expungement. The Judge's Office is ready to serve and aid the defendant in obtaining relief through an Expungement. Below is a general list of items needed for this procedure.
