Our Mission: To effectively and efficiently serve as the executive office of the Ward 3 Lake Charles City Court Our Duties: The Ward 3 Marshal Office is responsible for executing and serving all orders of the Lake Charles City Court. These documents include eviction notices, warrants, garnishments, and property seizures. The office is also responsible for maintaining order in the courtrooms of Lake Charles City Court. While our primary responsibility is of a civil nature, we also assist other law enforcement agencies to provide safety and security for the people of Ward3. Our Reserve Deputy Division is made up of volunteers who provide security for many public, non-profit, and private events.
