EVICTIONS
Evictions can be filed through Lake Charles City Court Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays. They are enforced by the Ward 3 Marshal's Office. Please refer to our Eviction Procedure for instructions on how to properly file an eviction.
You can view a weekly report of persons evicted through Lake Charles City Court. You may also view a weekly report of persons having been served a Five Day Notice but who may have not gone through the eviction process. These reports are updated every Monday and are for informational purposes only. They are viewed as Adobe documents.
